ABOUT
Our Nashville trip this February was nothing short of amazing!
We spent long days at Stoner Creek Studios—owned by Peter Keys of Lynyrd Skynyrd—recording our upcoming 5-song EP, set to drop this April. Produced by Malcolm Springer, the EP also features some killer keyboard tracks from Jakob’s dad, Jim Ripp, and we can’t wait for you to hear it!
When we weren’t in the studio, we explored some iconic Nashville spots like Gibson Guitars, Third Man Records, Gruhn Guitars, and Carter Vintage Guitars. Slim, Hank, Cowboy, and JR hit up nearly every vintage store in the area—scoring old comic books, retro jackets, western shirts, and more.
We tried to check out JBJ’s, but Slim and Hank were a little too young to get in—don’t worry, Broadway had plenty of other spots where the whole crew was welcome. Between the great food, live music and iconic spots there was never a dull moment.
Back at the Airbnb, we kept the fun going with house jams, classic movies, and a surprisingly fierce game of Candyland. Check out some snapshots from the trip in the "News" section of the menu!
Stay tuned for the EP release date and party—we’ve got something special coming your way!
Power Take Off
We’re not your average rock band – we’re a father and son sharing the stage and a love for music.
Led by dynamic frontman Scott Theis ("Scotty") and his son Ayden ("Slim") on drums, we deliver a high-energy mix of originals and covers that hit hard and keep the crowd moving. Rounding out the lineup are Ethan Schluter ("Hank") and Mikey Delp ("Cowboy") on guitars, with Jakob Ripp ("JR") holding down the low end on bass—together, we create a live show that brings rock lovers of all ages together.
Father and son. Loud and proud. Bringing the noise—one stage at a time.
PTO PROUD!
Time to meet these musical mental giants.
